This expansion gives us room to reach people for generations to come by doubling our sanctuary seating, expanding our hallways for gathering, and increasing our children’s spaces.

We anticipate the building project will cost around $9 million, excluding furnishings and audio-visual upgrades. After paying off our current facility in 2021, we have saved $1.8 million toward this next phase.

With your giving, we believe we can limit financing to no more than $6 million. We plan to make those payments from our operating budget, funded by general tithes and offerings.

All documents have been signed to move the project forward. The architects are working with church leadership to put the final touches on the project.  Construction should begin sometime during the summer of 2027.   We aim to move into our new space in 2028!

The construction company we are working with regularly manages projects while facilities remain in use. They expect to complete the work with only minimal disruption to our normal services.

The Bible teaches us to give our first fruits unto the Lord, typically understood as 10% of our income. The church uses tithes to fund its daily operations. In the New Testament, Paul also encourages generous giving beyond the tithe.
